Expanding ( ( ( (0) ) ) )

As you sit in your body breathing… feeling the rise and fall of your chest… feeling the awareness within you… and around your body… over your skin… breathing in… and out… each breath in can cause an expansion, just like a balloon filling with air…  imagining how it feels around the edge of your skin… breathing in… and breathing out… discovering how it feels 1 foot outside of your body… as your awareness expands.. like a balloon filling with air… your awareness can widen and deepen… heighten and enhance as you continue to feel how it feels as you discover the feelings and awareness 2 feet around the space where your body is… opening up… loosening up… freeing up… as your awareness expands to touch the space 3 feet around you… expanding… wider and wider… reaching out… 4 feet around you… expanding even farther… expanding to 6 feet around you… touching the walls… ceiling… and the floor… expanding… wider… and wider… your awareness is becoming more aware of how aware the space around you feels… while you continue to sense… noticing as you notice… the expansion that you have experienced… and are continuing experiencing… breathing in… and breathing out… opening… loosening… freeing… expanding… as you sit breathing… expanding… feeling the rise and fall of your chest… feeling the awareness within and around you…
